The project was designed to provide easy access to the office from N. Shepherd Drive with parking spaces for customers and visitors for the office. The gated area provides security for the Self- Storage area and the covered parking that separate the two buildings. The Self-Storage building provides non-climate controlled Storage units with easy access from the driveway as well. The roll-up doors finish for non-climate controlled units is red and the exterior finishes for the building are brown stucco, cream stucco, and smooth face cream color CMU as well as horizontal metal panels.
The office building is consisted of three components the entrance, the metal, and the curtainwall window system showing the display doors at the corner of the building.
